New Vision
“I am honored to step forward as a candidate for the position of Sheriff in Dorchester County. My vision is centered on proactive engagement with the community, building relationships, and creating a safe and peaceful environment for everyone,” Mike Turner.
With a focus on school security and a reduction of violent crime, Mike Turner seeks to reestablish the role of the Sheriff’s Office in Dorchester County and return to the standards of excellence and effectiveness in law enforcement practices.
Our Approach
The Sheriff’s Office will focus on three areas to achieve excellence and effectiveness. They are 1) Improved services in every area, 2) Implementing solutions to chronic crime quality of life issues, and 3) Transparency in the financial and operational functions of the sheriff’s office.
The upcoming election presents an opportunity for Dorchester County to choose a Sheriff dedicated to implementing positive change and ensuring the safety and well-being of all citizens.
